At HomeMart, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your HomeMart account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items back in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective styrofoam are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, secure it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized shipping center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture or decor, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
